Items to be delivered are dropped off to the post office on Tuesdays to reduce exposure during Coronavirus. If you do require your items urgently please get in touch as I am happy to make a special trip for you. Alternatively you can collect in store for free.
Orders can be cancelled before items are collected or dispatched with full refund. Customers have 14 days after items have arrived to return providing items are in good condition and have not been used and a full refund will be issued. Personalised items may not be returned unless the condition is not as described or ordered. Any items that break or crack during delivery are replaced when customer provides photographic evidence of the broken items.
